Whaler's Cottage

est. circa 1780
  • Sleeps up to 6
The Whaler’s Cottage dates back to the late 1700s, making it one of the oldest homes on Cape Island. The settlers that came to Cape May for the Whaling industry in the 17th century built timber-framed houses, carefully crafted with a strength and fortitude that stands the test of time. With its exposed beams, winding staircase, fireplace from the 1700s and special kids’ loft, the Whaler’s Cottage will take you back to the frontier days of the Garden State.

Winona Cottage

est. circa 1930
  • Sleeps up to 8
The Winona Cottage is one of the original Sears, Roebuck, and Co. mail order homes. Called the Modern Homes program, Sears sold over 75,000 homes between 1908 and 1940. The Winona was a popular model between 1927 and 1932. The arts and crafts cottage vibe runs throughout the house with its beautiful floors and airy screened southern-facing porch. This property has three bedrooms on the upper level and one bedroom downstairs.

Plum Barn

est. circa 1850
  • Sleeps up to 6
The Plum Barn dates to 1850s and was originally used as a carriage house. Converted to a home in the 1950s, it has been restored featuring the original beams and beadboard. The Plum Barn boasts a full kitchen, spacious screened porch, and a wood stove. Guest enjoy the farmhouse design and cozy, whimsical touches.

Hidden & Hill Barns

est. 2018
  • Sleeps up to 6
Raised in 2018, the Hidden Barn and the Hill Barn were each constructed by the same Lancaster, Pennsylvania family that built our farm’s main Amish barn. Not a single nail was used to build them — each hemlock beam was fitted together using mortise and tenon joinery and wooden pegs. While the Barns share the same floor plans, each is furnished with thoughtful design touches that give them both unique character and life.
